I believe our discussion prior to the inspection was to whether I should retain you or another inspector (I won’t say their name), who as we found, had done the inspection for the seller, and after your inspection, a not very good one at that. After seeing the thorough and complete inspection you performed, as well as the undeniably important issues revealed, I am so thankful that I hired you for this inspection, and not another. You came with recommendations from someone I knew, but I certainly had no idea how incredibly detailed you would be in your performance, and thorough in your delivery of revealing the true condition of this home.
